GalGael Trust, based in Govan, Glasgow, blends traditional craft and cultural heritage with social support. Through community-led workshops—where timber, boat-building, and rural crafts are used as vehicles for personal empowerment—GalGael engages those affected by addiction, mental health struggles, long-term unemployment, and social isolation .

THE CHALLENGE

As the organisation grew, so did the complexity of coordinating programmes and tracking impact. GalGael needed a unified system that could:
