WAY UK has joined Makerble to bring the information behind its youth mentoring and football programmes into one place.
WAY UK, led by CEO Sam Lloyd, supports young people through mentoring and its football programme, WAY Sports. As the charity grows, its team wants a clearer view of who they support, how each young person is engaging and what difference the work is making. Like any organisation working directly with young people, they also need to handle personal information carefully.
One workspace for the whole journey
Makerble combines a CRM, scheduling, surveys and impact measurement in a single platform. For WAY UK, that means the team can record who they are working with, schedule sessions and take attendance, gather feedback through surveys and see progress over time, without moving between separate tools or entering the same information twice.
Starting with WAY Sports
WAY UK will begin with a Design Workshop, in which we work with the team to map WAY Sports onto Makerble. Once that programme is up and running, the plan is to extend the same approach to the wider mentoring provision.
We're really excited to begin our design journey with Makerble. As WAY continues to grow, having a system that capture key information, understand our impact, and strengthen how we support young people will be invaluable. We're confident that Makerble will be a real asset to WAY, helping us build strong foundations for our continued growth and, ultimately, enabling us to reach and support even more young people.
Emily Lloyd, Operations Coordinator, WAY UK
We are looking forward to working with Emily, Sam and the rest of the WAY UK team as they get set up.
